What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are generally not available.
However, luggage storage before check-in is available.
If your room is ready earlier, we may be able to accommodate you, but this depends on the cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, luggage storage is available both before check-in and after check-out.
Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

Is breakfast included?

Yes, complimentary breakfast is provided at our café on the first floor.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, with last order at 8:40 AM.
Japanese and Western-style breakfasts are offered on alternate days.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

A. We will do our best to accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free requests.
Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
Please note that our kitchen also prepares meat dishes, and it may be difficult to provide halal-certified meals.
Additionally, alcohol is often used in cooking, so we may not be able to fully accommodate certain dietary requirements.

Is there a kitchen in the room?

Yes, each room has a private kitchen.
Basic kitchen equipment is provided, including cookware and utensils.
We also provide basic seasonings such as oil, salt, sugar, and pepper.

Is laundry available?

Yes, each room is equipped with a private washing machine and laundry detergent.
Please hang your clothes in the bathroom and use the bathroom drying system to dry them.
